Delete Your Account

Delete your account in the app

• Open Cruxy and sign in.
• Go to Settings, then the Profile tab.
• Tap Delete Account, type DELETE to confirm, and tap Delete Account again.

What gets deleted

If you are the owner of the workspace, your workspace and everything in it is permanently deleted: clients, projects, tasks, time entries, invoices, charges, retainers, logo, and settings. A Stripe subscription is canceled straight away, with no refund for the current period. A Google Play subscription is not canceled by deleting your account, so cancel it in Google Play first (Play Store app > Profile > Payments & subscriptions) or you will keep being charged. Your login is removed, and your marketing profile is deleted from our email system.

If you are a teammate in someone else's workspace, your login is removed and your name and email are cleared from the workspace. The time entries you logged stay with the workspace owner so their invoices and totals do not change.

What we keep

Stripe keeps payment and tax records for subscriptions as required by law. We keep nothing else about your account once it is deleted, apart from short-lived backups that are overwritten on a regular schedule.

Email us from the address on your account at support@cruxy.io and we will delete your account and data for you.
