1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a Cruxy account, you agree to use the service to track time and manage client work in good faith.

2. Your Account

You're responsible for the accuracy of logged hours and for keeping your login credentials secure.

3. Workspace Data

Time entries, clients, tasks and invoices you create belong to you. You control your account and billing.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid workspaces are billed on a recurring subscription, through Stripe on the web or through Google Play in the Android app. You can cancel at any time: from workspace settings for a Stripe subscription, or in Google Play for a Google Play subscription. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Refunds for Google Play purchases are handled by Google Play under its refund policy. If you were charged by mistake, email support@cruxy.io.

5. Acceptable Use

Don't use Cruxy to store unlawful content or to misrepresent billable hours to clients.

6. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Cruxy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
