What counts as an active client
Free includes 2 active clients. An inactive client doesn't count, and keeps all its history. You can still view and export it, and send or mark its invoices paid, but not log new time. When you finish with a client, make it inactive to make room.
If you try to add a third active client on Free, Cruxy offers Pro instead.
The emailed invoice limit
Free includes 3 emailed invoices or reminders a month, renewing on the 1st (in your time zone). The email sheet shows how many you have left. Sharing and downloading invoices stay free and unlimited, so you can always send a PDF yourself.
Upgrade to Pro
Tap Upgrade when Cruxy offers it, or open Settings > Profile and tap Go Pro. See Billing for how payment and cancelling work.

If Pro ends
Your data stays. When Pro ends:
- If you have more than 2 active clients, Cruxy asks you to choose 2 to keep active. The rest become inactive and read-only.
- Emailing invoices is limited to 3 a month. Sharing and downloading are still free.
- Budgets keep what's set but can't be changed. Retainers pause.
- PDFs show the small Cruxy credit again.
Upgrade again at any time and the limits lift.
